The principal FIR under the new criminal regulation Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 was enrolled against a road merchant in Kamla Market Police headquarters in New Delhi on Monday, July 1, news organization ANI revealed. The three new criminal regulations happened the nation over on Monday, and this was the very first case enlisted under one of the segments.
